Stasilon is a safe, cost effective and easy to use dual fiber medical dressing that facilitates hemostasis through a, patent-protected (glass and rayon from bamboo) material. NuvaDerm is a breathable liquid bandage for use to cover intact skin and minor cuts, scrapes, burns and irritations of the skin. NuvaDerm keeps the wound site dry and helps protect from infection by providing certain antimicrobial properties. NuvaDerm is fast-drying, transparent, and waterproof providing a barrier against moisture. Other factors that facilitate wound healing are that it is gas-permeable to allow oxygen to reach the wound and it wears off naturally as the area heals. NuvaDerm may be applied by spray or brush to better treat minor wounds.
